Usually i go to meet family or friends or someone i am dating. And they take care if everything, making a cake, giving me gifts, plan someplace cool to have dinner. But this year due to switching job i couldnt travel. So i am alone. Some ideas are appreciated. Otherwise i am thinking just to pamper myself with massages and stuff.

I am confused as to how that works, how will they get my insurance card? How will i get a prescription?

I hate spending tons of money on rent every month, but the house downpayment (and ten types of tax ) is lot of cash.
and mortgage even after paying most of my salary it would take 20 years to own it. which would have been fine if i had a govt job i cant be fired from. But that's not the case either. As i get old moving houses sounds like a nightmare. Although i am young my overthinking sometimes worries me. How u guys deal with it?
