I feel like my second round on tirz has been so much easier to lose weight than the first time! I started zepbound in 2024 and stopped after one year because i got pregnant! My lowest the first time was 265 before i got pregnant, my highest was 342 i lost 77 pounds in a year which is amazing! I went up to 12.5mg. This time im postpartum and have lost 40 pounds in less than 2 months of being on the medication and just barely started 5mg dose of compounded tirz. Only 24 pounds to get back to where i was before stopping the medication! Im excited to see how much more progress I’ll be making.
