Hello All,

I’m from Karachi and I’ve just started running, had my first run today and was able to complete 0.7 Km with a pace of 10Km.

I had that run on a normal shoe, I’ve been seeing a lot of videos to buy all in one shoe if you’re a beginner. So my budget is 10k if anyone of you have recommendations under that I’d love to hear.

Also, should I get pre loved shoes in excellent condition? Or get a new basic one?

Any running advice so that I stay away from
Injuries as well?
