Question

Anybody had any experience running shirtless in Bahria town Rawalpindi or DHA?
I tend to run hot, and running shirtless is so much better.
I get parks, residential or main streets might be an issue but what about back streets etc?
I go early morning so they are quite empty but what about security or something will they make a fuss..
Anybody has any idea?

how to improve???

are these numbers good? i started running last week, my goal is to lose 8-10 kgs this summer(3-months), currently 86 kg 5'10 i am running for 5-6 days a week, i also hit gym 4/week before running

and any tips to increase my running distance?? and is running late night bad for your overall health??

Would you buy original branded shoes online if they were 20–30% cheaper in Pakistan?

Thinking about starting a small sneaker/shoe page in Pakistan and wanted honest opinions from you guys.

The idea is simple:
Import original branded shoes from UAE and sell them here for around 20–30% lower than official website prices.

Main focus would probably be brands like Nike, Adidas, New Balance etc. Mostly lifestyle/running sneakers.

A few things I’m trying to figure out:

Do people in Pakistan actually care about getting original pairs anymore or is everyone just buying replicas now?
Would you trust an online page selling “original” shoes at lower prices or automatically assume it’s fake?
What would make you trust a page like this? authenticity proofs? video packaging? invoices?
Which brands/models do people actually want here?

I feel like sneaker prices in Pakistan have become insane recently, especially for original pairs, so wondering if there’s an actual market for this or not.

Would appreciate honest feedback, even if you think it’s a bad idea.

Me and my brother been running consistently since day one and we're looking to grow the group. Simple deal, one run a week together, 5K or 10K minimum. That's it.

Only thing is you gotta be okay with travelling a bit. I personally travel around 15km to get to a decent spot so I'm not asking anything I don't already do myself.
