I believe after auto update last night/early morning, the sandbox VM inside Claude Cowork is failing on my MacOS. I have now spent more than 3+ hours debugging this through Claude, and it has not worked. Anyone with same issue with a resolution?

I am new to this community. I recently learned I am compound hetero on MTHFR (more data given below), and I recently had a homocysteine level measured at 12.2.
While researching this through a few AI tools, it seems there is some epidemiological support for high homocysteine to ACM/CVD risks, but evidence of hard outcomes from homocysteine reduction is missing. I am curious about what people think about this, or are there AI blind spots when it comes to hard outcomes? I have only skimmed the abstract of some of the hard outome papers (disclaimer)
