Having a panic attack and high heart rate after adding Reta to Tirzepatide... should I go to the ER?

I have been taking 1.5mg of Tirzepatide since January, and I added 0.5mg of Retatrutide to my routine about four weeks ago. I space them out so I take the Tirz on Wednesdays and the Reta on Saturdays. This past week I had my very first panic attack and noticed a really elevated heart rate. It has been an awful experience and I am genuinely scared right now. I am considering going to the ER or my doctor, but I do not know if I am just overreacting and this feeling will pass.

If I do end up going to the hospital, do I need to tell them I am taking both of these? For some background, I am a 34-year-old female, currently weighing 119 pounds down from 133, and I do not plan on losing any more weight. I just want this terrible feeling to stop. Should I consult a doctor right away?

moved up to 6mg of reta immediately. is increasing this fast a bad idea?

i notice most people start very low and take their time moving up, staying at 0.5mg or 1mg for a full month.

i started at 3mg, went to 4mg, and currently take 6mg a week split between monday and friday. my two month mark is at the end of august, and my plan is to reach 8mg a week by september.

has anyone seen any major drawbacks to increasing the dose this fast? so far i just have slightly worse heartburn and way less of an appetite. it does not seem like a big enough deal to slow down my schedule, but i wanted to check if anyone ran into issues later on.

Do women care if you are natty or not? And do they prefer shredded guys or bigger guys?

Alright guys, so I am pretty shredded right now. I am not massive or anything, but I am probably sitting around 12% body fat. I can maintain this current look pretty easily, but I am trying to decide if I should start bulking up to get bigger and then cut back down later, or just stay at my current size.

To be completely upfront, I mostly started working out to get laid, and it has definitely worked well for me so far. But I am curious if anyone else has noticed more success staying lean and shredded versus getting bigger. Also, do women actually care if you are natty or not? I am wondering if being obviously enhanced is a turn-off for most girls, or if they just care about the final look and do not really think about how you got there.

Is it actually normal for a pcp to not prescribe glp1s to an obese patient and just tell you to see a nutritionist?

I had a video appt with my doctor today hoping to finally get a script for wegovy but she completly shut me down. My BMI is 32 so im considered obese, plus i had gestational diabetes with both of my pregnancies and ive been struggling to drop the weight ever since my kids were born. The appointment was extremely fast, she just said she isnt comfortable prescribing it because of the risks. then she told me to just go see a nutritionist so i can learn how to eat. It's so frustrating cause obviously i have tried that, and trying to lose weight while chasing a 2 and 3 year old all day is incredibly hard.

im already looking at different telehealth places now because my weight is making me depressed and my regular doc is no help at all. a friend recommended i check out ascend health so im probably just going to use them to get my meds instead. If anyone in the us has used them before let me know how it went. but is it actually a normal thing for regular doctors to just flat out refuse to help with this stuff when ur already obese?

to the guys who ran crazy sarm cycles in high school, how is your natural testosterone actually looking now that you are in your mid 20s?

I remember back in like 2018 or 2019 half the guys in my high school weightlifting class were taking rad140 and ostarine like it was just regular creatine. kids were 16 and 17 years old running zero pct and doing multiple heavy cycles a year just to look a little bigger for the summer.

Im 24 now and i keep seeing guys my age complaining about having zero sex drive and terrible brain fog. for anyone here who actually did those reckless cycles in high school, did your natural production ever fully recover? or did u just end up having to jump straight on trt by the time you hit your mid twenties just to get your baseline back?

Do GLP-1s change the actual types of food you crave instead of just reducing how much you eat?

Before I started taking 1mg of Ozempic a week, I ate a lot of sugar and carbs. I still eat them sometimes, but the feeling is completely different now. The immediate reward feeling from eating junk food is entirely gone. It just feels dull.

I find myself actually wanting protein instead. It does not feel like a willpower issue where I am forcing myself to avoid bad food. The desire is just not there. Do these medications actually change the specific foods you want to eat and make your old cravings disappear entirely?

How is it possible to have insanely high testosterone at 1100 but a completely dead sex drive? What is wrong with me?

I am a 21 year old guy and I am trying to figure out how I have extremely high test but a completely dead sex drive. What is wrong with me because this just does not make any sense.

It all started after I got food poisoning, which turned into gastritis. I get a ton of stomach pain whenever I eat vegetables so I am strictly on a carnivore diet right now. But the biggest issue is my libido completely vanished. I literally went over 100 days without even having the urge to do anything. I have zero attraction to women right now. A few months ago I had such a high sex drive I actually took aromatase inhibitors just so I could focus on studying. The lack of sex drive got so bad recently that my girlfriend ended up leaving me.

I finally went to the doctor and my testosterone came back at 1100 ng/dl, which is way over the top of the normal range. They basically told me they can not help me. My TSH is also pushing the upper limit but my doctor brushed it off. I know it is not H. Pylori or cancer, but I still have insane stomach pain after eating.

Could this be some kind of dopamine or serotonin issue? Maybe it really is my thyroid? I also thought about it maybe being a parasite or candida. The doctors are useless at this point and I am desperate. I am way too young to be dealing with this and the stomach pain on top of it is just brutal. Has anyone dealt with something like this or have any ideas?

Is my Reta bunk or am I just a non-responder? I am 10 days in at 2mg and still hungry as hell

I have been on Reta for about 10 days now and I am really starting to wonder if I got a bad batch. My first 2mg dose was back on April 28 and I felt absolutely nothing that whole week. I figured maybe it just needed to build up in my system, so I took another 2mg dose on May 5, but here I am still waiting for any kind of hunger suppression to kick in. It is pretty annoying to see everyone else talk about how they can barely look at food after their first pin while I am still here eating exactly like I normally do. I just want to know if it is normal for this stuff to take a while to work at 2mg or if I should have felt something by now.

I am 40 now and have been blasting gear since I was 16. I have taken pretty much everything there is to take except SARMs, running test constantly and using heavy 19-nors for two decades. I never once bothered with HCG because I figured my fertility was completely gone. I met my girl four years ago and we were both dead set against having kids. We never used protection since we met, but I just pulled out every time assuming I was shooting blanks anyway. Then her brother passed away a few months ago and the family situation with his kid completely changed her mind. She started asking for children constantly and after some back and forth I finally agreed to try about three weeks ago.

I went ahead and ordered HCG and PCT stuff and booked fertility clinics because I assumed this was going to be a massive uphill battle. I did not even drop my current cycle yet, which is 700mg Test E, 400mg Deca, 50mg Anavar, and 6iu HGH. We tried one single time without me pulling out and she just took a test after feeling sick and it is positive. First try with zero preparation and a system full of gear. She is thrilled and I am actually really excited too now that it is happening. I plan on making my next cycle my last one because I do not want that stuff around the house when the kid grows up. Still completely confused how this happened but I guess it was just pure luck.
