Chronic vaginal burning !! PLZ READ

So in 2022 I had a one night stand and got ureaplasma my pee burned so so bad and then it stopped I was treated blah blah but I still had waves of burning nothing as severe as now but still did it was mainly like for a week or two a week before my period and then would go away fast forward 2024 it came back and started becoming almost full throttle and advanced everyday into 24/7 raw burning in 2024 I had another one night stand and tested positive again I got treated and tested negative for awhile fast forward now I'm in a long term relationship and tested positive again he took a week doxy and 1g azithro and I took 14days doxy 1g azithro I'm waiting on test of cure and I'm not fully done I'm 10 days into doxycycline and have no relief at all it's almost worse I am close too my period though but it's just like a burning feeling in entrance and deep period makes it so so much worse but I never have any relief at all ima tarting too think it's not ureaplasma and it's probably nerve damage from that nasty infection I really can't sleep and my life is just so shitty these days and I really can't live another year of this gyno say they never seen anyone like this uro says this is from endometriosis and family doctors say see gyno which I've seen 3-5 different ones I'm just so lost and don't know what too do
