Looking for a 7 gram pack on local cannabis Burnaby, let me know any suggestions. Also looking at WCG

I have a RTX 5070, ryzen 5 9800, and 32Gb ram.

I currently run 1080p 165hz but I’ve been debating 1440p, would this be a smart upgrade and how much frames should I expect to lose? About 30%?
