Got an offer I couldn’t refuse on 24 guitars and couldn’t resist. 3 Xplorers, 3 PS3 Les Paul’s, 1 Xbox Aerosmith Les Paul, 2 PS2 & 1 PS3 & Xbox 360 World Tour guitars, 1 Wii Les Paul, 2 WOR Xbox 360, 1 WOR PS3, and a fat mix of rockband 1&2 guitars. ALL of these need repairs, some much more than others. Paid $100 for the whole bundle. Worth it?
My last bulb died so I found another bulb as close the the original as a could, but am still nervous about the temperature. This is the temp after 4 hours, will I need a dimmer switch?
The good: Brain works, PCB works, and main 3 pads work.
The bad: the cymbals are completely dead, even with newer looking cables, and the Orange side’s plastic bracket is snapped from the main body
The ugly: whatever the hell hot glue is over every wire on the circuit board is gross, and half of the screws were stripped.
The upside: I’m the proud owner of the dumpster fire that is the side yard drumset (last photo) and will probably rob the symbol wires, PCB, and brain from this for that sentimental project. For $20 locally, this could’ve been a lot worse of an investment
No stand, but the wiring for the brain & cymbals are super good. For $20 it’s a solid parts rig, gonna test it tonight
Hi Reddit! Picked up this Indiana Jones ride commemorative passport from Marketplace today and didn’t realize it was signed by 3 different people until I laid eyes on it. According to the old couple I purchased it from, the signature on slide 2 is Roy Disney Jr’s, but they didn’t know what the other two signatures were from. This would’ve been signed in 1995, anyone have a clue what the other signatures are?
