I wanted to share a new business concept I've been working on in inZOI—the Blissbay Orthopedic & Rehabilitation Clinic.

I’ve designed this space to be a fully functional wellness center where my staff provides professional therapeutic massages for patients. I really wanted to create a realistic and relaxing environment in the game, from the diagnostic area to the dedicated therapy zones.

There are two layouts on the canvas: one is fully furnished, and the other is a starter home (empty). Enjoy the game! 😉

I’m trying to recreate the exterior of Franklin’s house from GTA 5. I’m not sure yet whether to leave the interior empty so that the house costs the same as a starter home, or whether to go ahead and create a fully-fledged interior with furniture and that 2000s vibe.
