On my portal it says my first year scholarships have been disbursed but they haven’t been applied to my outstanding fees. Is there just a processing time?

My application has been under review for the past 3-4 days while my friends who submitted their applications after me have already heard back last week. Should I just wait it out or call them?

One of the scholarships I’m looking into asks for me to upload my official high school transcripts but as far as I’m aware they’re all physical right? When I go to MyPass the only option is to deliver the transcript by mail unless I’m missing something. Would I just upload pictures of my transcript, that seems kind of unprofessional. If I’m just being slow please let me know.

I just finished Physics 30 because I took it second semester of grade 12 and the admission process is so flawed. I applied for early admission and got into engineering, but because I didn’t have my physics mark at the time they admitted me using my biology mark and said I would have to take a summer program. However, now that I have completed physics they said they would reevaluate whether I have to do the program once they get my final transcripts yet by the time they reevaluate it will be too late to apply to the program. So I have to register for it and pay 50 bucks considering the fact that it’s not guaranteed for the program to be removed from my requirements of admission. If anyone has been through the same process how likely is it that I won’t have to do the summer course?

I didn’t get an email confirming which block schedule I was assigned when all of my friends have, does anyone know why that could’ve happened. Also, I got in through my biology mark and they said I need to do a summer course but I’ve completed physics they just need my final grade to reevaluate my eligibility to not do the course. Should I still apply for it because by the time they reevaluate it might be too late to sign up for the course.
