self checkout help

Hello. I have just moved to Australia and got a job at Kmart. I am a Self Checkout Operator. We have many checkouts — half card, half cash and card. Sometimes a customer goes to do card but realised they actually want cash, so they ask me to move there transaction to another checkout. How is this possible? I asked the Customer Greeter on door and they told me to hit “Suspend transaction” and then a receipt will print. The receipt prints and then you go to the other checkout and scan the barcode, and it saves their transaction onto there. I attempted this and it said something along the lines invalid barcode. I was just wondering what I did wrong so I can know how to do this in future? Thank you very much

panic attack during exam

I had my first exam today and I had a really bad panic attack right before and did not enter. I went to my doctor and got a certificate and also contacted my psych for a letter. I am not registered with disability services. Will my consideration be accepted??

Update: I really don’t think I can or know how am going to be able to retake this exam. Every time I think about it and being back there I get more anxious. I want to late DC but how can i even be eligible bc like you have to say why special consideration or disability wasn’t enough. I didn’t apply for disability. I should’ve. I want to drop out of uni all together

clothing pres

I’ve been working at kmart for 6 months now and have been on pres and refresh but only in kids and sometimes home. I was in apparel pres yesterday and was very slow and bad at it. In kids it’s easy to even just do a quick job to make sure it looks neat before going into detail but I feel like in clothing it’s not like that. Unless it’s all detailed it looks bad and that takes a long time. I didn’t even finish. What can I do? What order do I go in and how can I do a quick pass through to make it look presentable so I don’t leave parts of my section untouched/ unfinished. Is that even possible? I started with a pick up then did hangers then tried doing tables but didnt ginish. And by the time I finished people had gone through and it looked like I was never even there to begin
