Hi everyone, I’m having trouble logging into my uTest account because I’m unable to get past the MFA verification.

I submitted a support ticket two days ago requesting help with resetting my MFA, but I haven’t received a response yet. I’m currently completely locked out of my account because I can’t log in without the MFA.

I don’t have a support ticket number, never received anything in my email one I sent in my request.

Has anyone experienced this before or know the best way to get uTest Support to respond or help reset the MFA?

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey! My boyfriend and I play GTA Online pretty often and we’re looking to link up with some fun, down-to-earth people to play with regularly. We’re into a mix of things — messing around, doing missions, side jobs, heists, you name it.
