I have officially been diagnosed with gastritis,
I have had stomach problems for as long as I can remember, the same old story. The cramping/aching and just over all pain all the time. I will say I haven’t been eating the greatest(lots of fast food and hot sauce) but I also eat things like bean salad, and other whole foods, vegetables, fruits, etc. it sounds bad but I’ve always eaten all of these foods with no issues… I only get nauseous when I take my iron pill..
I have pain just to the left of my sternum, it is painful and sore to the touch, my doctor said it’s gastritis, but I’m just curious is someone has also had this pain? Just below the rib cage like in the middle to the left.
He said that my stomach is just inflamed but would I not also have literal stomach cramping? I am no stranger to stomach cramping/pain and I don’t have this currently.. there’s just the pain to the left of my sternum, if I move at all or have any pressure on it IT HURTS.
I was prescribed pantoprazole and Almagel, I just feel kind of lost and I guess also scared because this pain really freaking hurts and I don’t understand how it really could be my stomach, has anyone experienced similar pain?

Pipe cleaner flowers
Has anyone done pipe cleaner flowers/crafts? Which pigment works the best for adding details? And does it wipe off?
