UC Review : Payments stopped!
so i had a claim review last week, uploaded my housing and bank details. They rejected it today!, and said they need 4 months of bank statements. (I only uploaded 2.5 months bc I switched banks and Halifax didn’t send me any after switching). They said if its not resolved today my claim and rent could be stopped.
I managed to find 2 extra months worth somehow and make it kind of work but theres a gap in transactions from the bank switch. I called UC helpline and she just said upload anything.
So i uploaded June/July of halifax and Aug/Sept of both my NW savings and current acc but there was no space in the To Do to add my ISA, which is well under the 6k threshold, but they likely still need. I dont wanna look like I'm harbouring money.
Will this still be okay? It’s literally all I could do in such short notice. I put a note on my journal asking for another To Do to add my ISA statement, but they only rejected the bank statements this afternoon so its nearly the end of the work day and im kinda stressing it wont be done in time and theyll stop my claim.
