Kaiser Grievance
Coincediance or not? Its funny that once Kaiser received my grievance, days later, I am now locked out of parts of my medical record accessibility on their website and app. Ive been with them 20yrs and this has nvr occurred and its my 1st grievance letter. I can log in but it says permission denied. Of course they said its an IT issue, however Ive spoken with a few Kaiser friends and they have no problem seeing their records on the app or via pc. Weird right? Am I overthinking?
