Hey guys singaporean male 27yo. Reapplying for a WHV. Previous application for rejected because i submitted my Nitec Certificate ( Equivalent to AQF Level 3), even though i submitted my Diploma certificate as well. Should i just submit ONLY my Diploma certificate? Should i also not submit my secondary school certificate?

Hey guys, Im a singaporean male 27yo. Just recently got my results for a working holiday visa in Australia (subclass 462) that got rejected. I reviewed the rejection record. Its says that i did not meet the educational requirements even though i submitted my Nitec and Diploma certificates. It still wasnt enough evidence to show that i've completed have a tertiary qualification from a university, college or training centre.
What should i do? Should i appeal it? Or should i just resubmit and try my luck again? And if i do resubmit do i have to do the biometrics and health check up again? Need some advice thank you.
