Hello, got an offer outside ACN. Around 26.87% increase lang compared sa current, pero ito yung comparison:

Offer:

1 RTO per month to fully remote

20 planned leaves + 7 unplanned leaves (27 total)

₱4,100 allowance

8-hour workday

midshift

fix dev role

Cons:

Mas mababa yung h.m.o compared sa ACN, although same na 2 dependents. Pero for now dko naman ito need

Current:

2x/week RTO (satellite)

25 total leaves (SL + VL)

₱2,800 de minimis + ₱1,000 internet allowance + ₱200/day transportation (up to 8 days/month for rto)

9-hour workday

rotational shift (mid and night)

job offer does not relate to my current work. Gets n'yo naman, kapag rotational, kung anong role haha

Worth it kaya lumipat considering these?

If yes ano kaya magandang reason to leave?
