(Follow up) Have a unique situation, please chime in. (Asset based mortgage)

Hello, after the amazing help and guidance I received from my last question on this sub. I'm posting a follow up post including the terms two lenders gave me. Would like your opinion and it will help me get a baseline to compare with future lenders I get quotes from.

Thank you all

Have a unique situation, please chime in. (Asset based mortgage)

I'm new here. I'm looking at a asset based loan because I don't have 2 years of tax returns and just started a new job very recently. I do have liquid 925k that I would like to use for income. I talked to a couple of lenders in the area and they can make it work by using the funds to get a income over 60 months. But the Interest rates are higher than conventional. I'm wondering if there are lenders that can underwrite this with a lower interest rate.

750 credit score average.

Purchase price $900

Down payment $180

Thank you

Edit: Thank you for everyone replying and giving me some ideas. This was my first post here, glad to see people are helpful.

Switched Via BYOD, upgrade questions

So I just switched Via BYOD on the beyond plan.

If I want to get the iPhone on a yearly upgrade, how should I do the initial iPhone purchase? Apple store or Costco/T-Mobile?

And if I trade in @ Apple store is it true I can only trade in iPhone devices to get the full $1100 off?

If someone can shed some light on this, id appreciate it.

After gathering info here for a while I'm going to be switching today, I was hoping someone could check out my plan and maybe let me know if I'm going about it the right way.

5 lines from Verizon/Xfinity

3 BYOD/Exp Beyond/Inside code/Costco

Next BOGO

2 Port in/Costco rebates(if no BYOD)

That's pretty much it.

My only caveat being unsure that if I upgrade the first 3 BYOD around next iPhone launch, (separate promos). Am I doing it too early, even though I'd like to get the rebates.

Thank u.

Hi there, I have 4 lines with Verizon and an apple watch, everyone wouldn't mind getting new phones, I had a couple of questions about the device promos and another about Bogo.

So even though I have 4 voice lines, would it still be better to switch 3 first, then 2 later when there's a new Bogo? Just to have the extra free line...

Also on the iPhone promos can I stack 2 17s and 2 17pro max? Or only 2 overall device promos per account? Ty

Any other nuggets will be appreciated,

Will be switching through Costco.
