Does anyone else get frustrated about this?

Whenever I have a crush or an interest peaked in a particular character or actress and I go down the rabbit hole of that actress that plays a lesbian and I find out that she’s either straight or bi and has a man I feel…disappointed?

Obviously straight people can play queer characters and their characters are separate from them as human beings, I’m not going to be parasocial with someone. But I think this comes from the excitement of finding a decent wlw character and wanting more exclusively wlw actresses and them to play more wlw roles cause there’s just so little out there that’s of good quality in my opinion.

I don’t know how to say this without sounding like something, I really don’t mean this in a bad way, and I know this is such a nonissue but it’s just my thoughts. I think I just crave more and better wlw media and wlw to get their chance to be as popular as some straight couples or romances.
