Is anyone else having issues with their at&t air internet and cell phone service today?

I am looking for an ADHD provider in the Birmingham area. Preferably someone who understands how ADHD manifests in females. If another doctor asks me if I was hyper as a child or disruptive in school..ugh. 🙄 I was seeing a doctor but he is no longer in network with my insurance. Thank you.

For those of us who have such severe symptoms, this really needs to be a short term disability. I almost lost my job due to the memory and executive functioning issues. I thought I had early onset dementia! (It does run in my family but had only affected the men so far.) It was soooo bad!! Still is pretty bad but I am trying to compensate. It is exhausting!! I need relief and the old me back. 😏 Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions to help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and letting me vent. 🙂
