We are in Sedona for the next three days and we would love to find a moderate hiking trail, which allows us to do some swimming. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

My 88 year old mother-in-law has had dementia for over 12 years. She has been completely non-verbal in the past six years and in poor health. She started clenching her left hand about a week ago, and the hand is swelling. Has anyone had similar experiences with their loved ones and found a treatment? They We waiting for a doctor appointment
