Cameroon is so behind

I love my country, I really do, but it’s so embarrassing seeing the state of the country sometimes.

People internationally make fun of sooo many things that are Cameroon related, and I can’t even defend my country because it’s true.
It’s so sad to see.

Like every country, Cameroon faces its struggles but we cannot deny that our people are asleep, and it’s not until we wake up that something will happen.

Vraiment ça fait honte de devoir prévenir les gens qui veulent visiter.
“Si tu vois la poubelle en route, ignore seulement” Its embarrassing😭

I know that our government is shit and colonization royally fucked us over, but Cameroonian to Cameroonian, we both know that it’s not the government that makes us throw trash on the road or even insult each other on the street everyday.

We laugh at the debates on Equinox, but after laughing, have we thought to sit and think:
Is it normal for two respected men to come on national television and hurl insults at each other?

Cameroonians, I think it’s time we start talking about these issues and addressing them properly.
What do you think?

Yoh I’m so tired guys

I’m an international student at UJ and I’ve been trying to find ways to get a job for months!!

I know the job market is shit but I keep trying and trying.

I don’t want a prestigious job or anything I just want to earn a bit more cash.

Ive tried posting on Facebook for babysitting jobs but nothing. I understand that for that type of job people would rather employ someone they know or someone with past experiences but cmon guys give me a chance.

I’ve applied to so many jobs on linkedin and other websites and my brain is becoming fried.

Everyone wants 2-5 years of experience FOR ENTRY LEVEL JOBS

I’m tired and burnt out and need advice guys 🥲
