How many gods are too many

Hey guys and girls, working on a fanstay world where gods are a very prominent role, so much that mortal ascend by climbing the mountain of anima , (this isn't a known fact to everyone of course), and I was doing a head count because my friend is drawing the gods for me and after I counted there are 123 gods .

So I was curious if you guys have an opinion on how many is too much. Not all are gonna have as much influence on the story . Currently in the DND campaign taking place in the world it focuses on two gods.

Gods journal

I'm beginning to start to commission gods of my world and for alot of them I have temporary images and I'm stuck on this one. His name is Malkor he is the primordial god , the original and the one who body got ripped apart for his part to build the world the story takes place on. And this form in the image above is what Ive been using as a his astral projection because he's technically not dead just changed and this is how he presents to some of the players.

I love this design I love the holy man look and the great shield everything else and do wanna incorporate the demon on the shield some how. If anyone has an ideas I would love you forever and a day

God work shopping

Hey guys/gals working on descriptions for my gods and stuff , and I just wanted to make sure these make semi sense .

Primordial Gods

This is the ancient, original god, representing the very first concept of existence. ( his name is Malkor .)

Constellation Gods

These stars were formed by Malkor before anything else they are powerful beings directly linked to celestial bodies and their overarching influence on the universe.

True Gods

These gods were created by Malkor are the foundational gods of the known world, representing core universal forces.

Gods created by gods

These gods were created by the true gods to assist them create the world of anima

Planetary Objective Gods

These gods are tied to the sun and moon after Malkor was pieced for his parts

Dragon gods

This pantheon of gods are the most tight nit originating all around the same time they treat there lesser gods the "best"

New Gods

For those who dared to scale the treacherous Zenith of Anima, the journey is one of ultimate transmutation. Here, ambition, mind, body, and soul do not merely change; they are forged anew in the crucible of absolute apotheosis. As these aspirants reach the summit, the shackles of their former lives shatter, leaving their past selves forgotten, stripped away by the thin, rarefied air of divinity. In that final, shattering moment of ascension, they shed the finite and the mortal to coalesce into something entirely unprecedented a living, breathing embodiment of a powerful, universal concept that will echo through the annals of time for eternity.

^(if you know fear and hunger imagine the golden throne but a mountain to climb that test your soul , and body but the body is for another another)

Hey folks I'm working on godsa

Hey guys hope we're all doing well, working on a fanstay world that originally was just a super edgy oc that became a 4-5 year off and on character writing projects that I finally made into a world. I've run into some dilemma

Dilemma 1#

. Long story short, the Primordial god Malkor was killed and his parts were used as building material for the world and his spine became a mountain in the center continent. And in the center of the range the highest point called the Zenith it's where If these requirements are met

* Knows the divine truth of it

*Can best it's guardian

* And endure the trials

They ascend to godhood called New god's (I love fear and hunger). And I'm working on the dragon pantheon and I have down the 9 ogs . And they have several "Children" should these children be new gods who climbed the mountain as a final testament of greed/whatever they yearned for. Or be made by their "Parent god"

Dilemma 2#

As written above I have several rankings of god going from oldest to newest

Primordial

Constellations

True gods

Gods created by gods(place holder)

Dragon gods

planetary objects

New gods

And so I'm struggling on the titles to give these grouping for example

(God created by gods)Aerion: God of Sky, Freedom, and Winds

Children:

(New god) Zephyros: Winds, Exploration, Messengers

(New god) Whisperwing: Prophecy, Dreams, Evasion

And I'm struggling on what to use instead of children, they are connect due to how close their domain are and some times gods, new gods or older somtimes adopt newly ascended gods. And there are only one fos that truly has "children" in the sense.

Sorry for the long read you are all goated, here's a picture of my cat
