Quantum fiber is the worst company that I had work with.

I have internet outage for the last two weeks. During last appointment, I have been told that my ntd is damaged and the technician took away the CASA NTD device. Today, I learnt they dont have any replacement NTD and they cannot do anything.

What am I supposed to ? They said somehow they cannot install another brand NTD - not sure why .
