Not sure why some people love keeping plus 2 cards

Just lost a game because some guy kept his plus 2 cards all the way. Whats worse was that I had two plus 4 cards and still lost. Btw this wasn’t a bot. Guy was playing well until that point.

In almost all the games I’ve played, I’ve rarely benefitted from keeping plus 2 cards. Always better to play them earlier unless there’s a reason

"No one on this Earth will ever comprehend what it means to love someone as much as I love you"

In this exact scene, Nikki says these words to Bear after he kisses her.

"No one on this Earth will ever comprehend what it means to love someone as much as I love you"

What I love about this scene is that although its Nikki who says these words to Bear, you can see that the line can also apply to Bear, the exact thought probably echoing in his head. Bear is looking at the result of his own perversion of love staring back at him, his intentional ignorance and insistence on trying to hang on to his twisted fantasy. For a particular nice touch, you also have Sarah in the background who has her own feelings about Bear.

It's amazing how a single line manages to encapsulate the feelings of three different characters at once.

Bear's obsession with Nikki

Just watched the movie with my wife. Absolutely loved it. This is just one of the takeaways I had about the movie which only hit me once I went home.

Im sure many have realised this already but when my wife was talking about how frightening the obsession that 'Nikki' had with Bear with her antics, i remembered telling her that the obsession was not in reference to Nikki who was never obsessed with Bear but with Bear's obsession in refusing to help Nikki or let her go.

Throughout the movie, Bear's obsession with having 'Nikki' love him was the one that was evolving. From ignoring her crazy behaviour with the cat, brushing off his friends, brushing off her behaviour, being obsessed with finding ways to still have 'Nikki' (that I want to 'alter' the wish thing, urgh) to finally coming to the end.

I like how this movie showed a different side of obsession. Usually, we see it as the antagonist going after their victim, stalkerish behaviour etc. but in this case, it's the 'victim' who is so obsessed with the idea of wanting someone that he just can't let her go .

Anw, this is just my two cents. Can't wait to rewatch this movie again. Everyone acted so well!
