I feel bad for my bird and I don’t know what to do.

This is lime. we got her from a friend when they moved. there used to be two birds in the cage but one of them passed. she dose not like being touched and stays in the cage. when she leaves the cage she goes nuts and runs into windows, thankfully that only happened once and by accident. we have no idea how old she. I feel bad for her because it seems like a pretty sad life. she sits by the moiror and chills. I feel bad for all day she sits and stares and dose nothing but eat and poop for that last 8 years we have had her. is there anything I can do to up her quality of life?

How do I go about being an emt.

hello, I am it sure if this is the right place to ask this question but I’m willing to try. I am a 15 yr in PA. I want to get my emt certification. in Pa you have to be 16 years of age to take the course. so here is my question l. can I be 15 get into a program be 16 when it ends and certified. also can I work at any ambulance authority or do I need to go to a specific one. I am already a junior volunteer firefighter if that matters. my main point is I want to be an emt as soon as possible and I want to know how to go about that.
