I apologize for the bad picture, I’ve noticed he hasn’t seemed to be able to see out of his left eye for the past week, and it looks white/ cloudy. I just now looked at him while he was asleep and his eyelid was pretty swollen/ puffy looking. I’m wondering if anyone knows what this could be/ what it’s from. He has proper uvb and heat, calcium supplements and vitamins, good variety of vegetables and occasional bugs. I also don’t know if this is a emergency and i should take him to the vet immediately, Im going to try to take him as soon as possible but if anyone has any advice that would be appreciated!

I just got a pigeon about 3 weeks ago, i have some doubts about how good of care the person that had him before was taking care of him, he had very long nails, he’s very skittish around me but seems to be slowly warming up. I don’t really know much about how he was living. She gave us some of the food he had been eating but there was no mention of grit, i ordered some and it just got here and i gave him some, like 10 minutes later he regurgitated 5-10 seeds with no liquid or anything and then ate them right after, hes not breathing heavily or anything else odd so idk if its just a reaction to having grit or if it’s something i should be more concerned about!
