I have segmental vitiligo and I’m scared to show people
I’m a 14M, and I transferred to a new school where I got bullied for my looks for about 70% of the school year. Nobody there knows I have vitiligo. At my old school, I was comfortable because people didn’t really judge me, and I was able to make friends and be open about my vitiligo, which is on the right side of my body on my arm, chest, and back. It’s getting hot now, so I can’t wear a sweater all day anymore, and soon I might have to wear shirts again. I’m afraid I’ll get judged the same way I got judged for being ugly. Has anyone else experienced this or have any tips on what I should do? I don’t want another reason for people to bully me.
