AITAH for asking bf do not have the lights imon when I am trying to sleep
I (F30) have to get up around 5:45 am for work . I try to be in bed by 9-10 pm.My bf (M31)was building a PC.It way past 9pmtheb it wad 10 pm then 10 :30 I started getting upset because he had the light on and I could not sleep
.I get very overwhelmed if I dont start getting sleep and I can feel the hours ticking away.i Asked if he could be done soon .and he told me to just close my eyes when doesnt know what the big deal is while literally having the lights on.He told me if I was really tired why dont I just close my eyes and go to sleep then.mttered a bunch of words and finally turned off the lights while calling me asshole and some other not so nice words. I wouldnt care he build a pc of we didnt live in a bachelor so there is no bedroom to go to if he has the light on its literally on where we sleep.aita for asking if he was done soon I just wanted to get some sleep unlike him it takes me a long time to fall asleep to begin with I also get nightmares thru the night so I wake up quite a lot during the night making me already struggle to get fully rested he thinks I just dont try hard enough to sleep if I was truly tired I would close my eyes and be asleep already
