tips for someone wanting to get into extended fasting?

hello all, i am 19f, 5’2” and currently 198lbs. i was 255 last year. during that time, i lose the 55lbs through fasts (no more than 3 days) and a calorie deficit. i truly love how fasting feels and of course, i love the results. but because ive never done the proper research, all of my extended fasts fail because i feel like shit, and don’t know what i should be taking (vitamin/ electrolytes wise). i’d like to get more into fasting but i don’t know where to begin- i figured this place could educate me a little. what should i be taking daily? should i not workout? what are your best tips? i plan to complete an 85
hour fast, currently only 1hr in haha. i don’t think it’ll be too bad considering i’ve done 80 hours before and this time i’ll try to get in some electrolytes/magnesium etc, just whatever i’ll need to feel…. stable. please drop any info! it is much appreciated!!! :)

Hello all, I’m 19f & I’ve struggled with chronic bv since I could remember, the only time I didn’t have a smell was freshly after a shower. I’ve seen amazing results from metronidazole and boric acid, but boric acids fix is temporary (and no penetration allowed) and metronidazole is also temporary, has an awful taste and drinking is forbidden and also costs me nearly $60 for a weekly supply. I’ve also always had extreme dryness, and with lots of research, I believe I have low estrogen levels. It’s not only my dryness and chronic bv that led me to this conclusion, I have facial hair, irregular periods and issues with weight loss. (Yes, you guessed it- all pcos symptoms! :/ I am getting tested in June !) soooooo, I plan to try estradiol in hopes it assists the dryness and the chronic bv, since I believe the chronic bv has a lot to do with lack of estrogen. Has anyone expiermented with estradiol and bv? I just want to know if this is going to help in the ways I’m hoping it will. Please please please, do not come forward associating my bv with sexual partners, I am a virgin and have never experienced any form of sexual intimacy! My bv has been around since I could remember, it’s not new. I’m simply getting older and trying to put the pieces together while realizing what is normal/healthy and what isn’t. Please drop any thoughts and advice about estradiol, it’s all greatly appreciated. As some of you know, dealing with bv, dryness, literally anything related to the vjay is extremely stressful and in my case, overly emotional. So I am trying to to remain as calm as possible 🥲 any mentions about vaginal estradiol is apreciated !

Hi all, I need some clarification. I’m 19 & not sexually active. I feel like I’m always pretty dry down there. I’m not sure what is normal and what isn’t- I don’t have many women in my life that I feel comfortable enough to ask this question to. My normal state is simply dry and I feel like that’s not normal. What can I do to be a little more moist down there? Even sometimes when I’m aroused I’m still dry. Help!! :/
