How are you (realistically) changing the roster?

I'm not necessarily talking trades, although I wouldn't rule one out.

All 15 standard contracts are filled as of now:

Garland, Ingram, Hachimura, Strus, Wagler, Dunn, DJJ, Niederhauser, Lopez, Sanders, J Miller, B Miller, Beal, Jackson, Dick.

2 of 3 two-ways are filled:

Martinelli, Pickett

Training camp deals:

Kawamura, Wesley, Loyer

Christie is in no-man's land. His final guarantee date is Oct 15.

I believe Wesley is not 2-way eligible, which means a standard contract would have to be waived to make room for him. I believe Dick would have to be waived first in order to be converted to a 2-way.

PSA: Summer League (California Classic) starts tonight

I don't think I've seen anyone really post about it here, and it definitely snuck up on me. For other NBA-starved folks on here, tune in tonight (NBA TV, Prime, ESPN, Le*gue Pass) to watch Heat/Spurs, and Lakers/Warriors "Gold".

Not a lot of "big name" rookies debuting tonight, but maybe Cameron Carr, Lendeborg, Tarris Reed Jr, and Lajae Jones. Quaintance is not playing summer league.
