Is there any university in UAE where the fees is around 30k-40k per year after scholarship for all years?

MY BOARD % - 92.6%
COURSE - MECHANICAL/MECHATRONICS/ROBOTICS

I have not given any entrance exam like SAT/JEE etc.. and am planning to give IELTS soon.

how are yall paying for the re-eval amount? can we use any uae card for payment?
