I know it’s a dumb question but like how unhealthy is it to use AI to talk about ur feelings. Like other than it’s depressing and makes u feel like a loser, I sometimes use it to bounce back thoughts and kinda like a way to rant/write down how I feel. I never opened up really to anyone and idk anyone who I trust that I can really talk to about how I feel and it’s depressing as hell so I’ve been using AI sometimes even tho that’s even more sad. Idek how to express my feelings when I did try to talk to someone i literally couldn’t find the words to express myself. Yeah just wanted to know how bad or unhealthy is it really to speak to AI
