Hi all,

I'm starting HRT soon, and am quite worried about hair loss/balding.

I've seen lots of different options for preventing hair loss, such as different oils and massages, along with minoxidil and finasteride.

What products or methods/routines can you recommend? Both recommendations in terms of effectiveness and affordability are welcome. Thanks in advance 🙏
