I received an offer for a white collar salary position at Stellantis. The offer was at the low end of my range. Has anyone had any luck negotiating a higher salary with HR and/or signing bonus to bridge the gap?

The offer is good, but o don’t want to leave money on the table and not maximize the one opportunity I have in regard to salary.

Vacation/bonus are non-negotiable per HR.
