Recently planted my first flower bed as it had become a mess!

I have planted two Hydrangeas in front of the conifer!
The one on the right looks like it’s doing really well- the one on the left isn’t quite keeping up with it.

The tiarella in front of it is incredible- I love it!

I’ve been giving it seaweed liquid feed every couple of weeks

I presume it’s early days yet and they’re still establishing! Maybe one has established its roots earlier than the other?

Please advise!
