Started motegrity, will these side effects get better or should I stop?

I started taking Motegrity 9 days ago, I started with 0.5mg and I was tolerating that dose pretty well, I was just feeling more fatigued and sort of a flu like feeling but in terms of stomach and intestine I was feeling quite fine, it did help a lot with the constipation as it made me very regular, however I was yet to notice any improvements with my stomach but at least it didn’t make things worse so after 6 days I increased the dose and 3 days ago I started taking 1mg, and since then my stomach has been feeling much worse, with nausea, fullness, worse early satiety and bloating. The fullness and early satiety are the symptoms that are bothering me the most, recently I had been doing better so this set back from the medicine is scaring me that I might have pushed myself into a major flare. I dunno what I should do, if I should stop or keep taking it to see if it gets better, has anyone experienced this?

Loss of appetite and food repulsion after stopping progesterone?

So, basically, I have been on progesterone-only pill for about four years and a month and a half ago, I decided to stop. Right away, the first thing that I noticed from my Dexcom (that I wear because of reactive hypoglycemia) is that my blood sugar spiked day and night, fasted and non-fasted. It was high the whole time and it still is high. And then a few days after stopping, I started to lose my appetite. I've read about other people experiencing the same thing, but this is not just about loss of appetite. I've developed repulsion towards food. And when I tell you I was a big foodie, I mean it. I was huge on food. I loved to cook. I loved to eat anything and everything. And now I can't bear the thought of food, of any food, even stuff that I would absolutely love. I dread meal time and even when I'm eating and the food tastes good, I'm not getting that enjoyment that you would usually get when you're eating something that tastes good. I just wanna know if anyone has experienced this, if it has gone away or if they did anything to help it because it's driving me crazy and I'm forcing myself to eat because I'm already underweight due to other health reasons unrelated to this. But forcing myself is not helping. It's just making me hate food even more. And I thought it would go away after a couple of weeks, but we're now closer to two months and it's not improving whatsoever. Any advice, any experiences?

Has anyone experienced insuline resistence after stopping the pill?

After four years of being on dienogest, progesterone-only pill, within a week of stopping it, I have noticed that my baseline glucose was much, much higher, always in the low 100s and my fasting glucose went from being 75 to being between 95 and 100. I've worn a Dexcom for a couple of years because I was dealing with reactive hypoglycemia due to my dysautonomia, but that has resolved with time, I just kept wearing it to make sure this is actually resolved and that's what allowed me to see this massive change in my blood glucose. In between meals, it stays elevated for hours, and it never goes back down to my normal baseline. If it goes down, it goes down to 100, 100 and something, never below 100 and it's now been a month since I stopped the pill. I consulted my gynecologist and he says that it's completely unrelated, that it cannot happen, but I thought that maybe there are some hormonal changes after stopping the pill that are driving this sort of insulin resistance, and I'm just looking for somebody who has had a similar experience.
