Speed warning shortcut

Hi everyone,

Recently brought a GTE, and I've seen that you can add the speed warning onto the favourites bar to quickly toggle on / off, but it does not show up when I edit to add any new favourites. Is this an old feature that has now been removed or am I being stupid?
