Been learning alongside a full-time job and graduate school and feeling like I haven't made enough progress. Obviously I won't be as good as a full-time apprentice but idk, I feel like I should be ready for skin by now.

I've been practicing consistently for over 6 months now and I'm still struggling with building volume and using mags. 😭

Recently completed this practice (flash isn't mine).

Could be better, could be worse. Feels like I'm finally starting to understand values and shading. I'm happy with it given I'm still new to this.
