[routine help] pre workout skincare
what are you all applying before heading to the gym?
I sweat A LOT from my head, I wear a ball cap to keep it at bay, but feel like I've sweat everything off after an hour.
in the am I wash with reusable makeup remover cloth and water, sometimes salicylic acid wash. then red light therapy, salicylic acid, gel based moisturizer, then sunscreen
should I simplify my routine before working out, does feel like a waste of product, if so what, should I continue/ postpone till post workout shower?
I also get a bit of irritation/ burning applying salicylic acid+gel moisturizer(it has niacinimide) on the second application, before and after workout.
