Is there any active 'RI Fans Only' guild in 'Where Winds Meet'? If not, should I make one? Would you want to join such a guild?

I highly recommend you to install it, because It's really disappointing how I haven't ran into any RI fans in this game but multiple LOTM fans.

P.S: If I make one, then I would want the joining requirement to be having an in-game name that is related to a character from RI. For example, mine is DiZangShen but no one has recognized it so far! Sigh...
