Is it hard to get a job in the naval hospital? I have my BS in biochemistry and my medical assistant certification. We are moving there and I need as much patient care hours I can so I could apply (once we are back in the US) to PA school. Thanks in advance

Currently doing the CIO method. I'm feeling like a horrible mom. I just couldn't do it anymore…my son wakes up every 30 mins at night and it has become unbearable 😭. We tried all methods we could find to avoid the CIO but none worked. Will the crying get better soon? It's been 20 minutes and I m crying with him 😭.
We started trying to sleep train him when he turned a year old which ppl told me is late and harder now.
I just blame myself because I wasn't consistent before he turned a year old and I always went back and rocked him or nursed him to sleep. I just want some sleep, I'm tired of the headaches and I feel so bad for putting myself first this time.
