I'm img applying for pediatrics and another specialty but I haven't received any interview yet . Is it ok not to receive any one till today?

Today I received my Step 2 result and I got in 230s. I feel like all my hard work studying was for nothing, and I'm thinking of applying to Family Medicine at the match as a backup plan. I have good research and USCE .Any advice?
