I am hoping to get more information about a car accident than I can find online through regular resources. This could potentially be involving a loved one of my loved one who I do not have the ability to reach at the moment. Sorry this all sounds vague as hell but thought it might be worth it to ask. IDK if what I'm asking for would be a traffic report or a police report, the accident had a fatality.

I've been searching for awhile and I finally found something that checks all the boxes- except it is a manufactured home from 1980. I'm in central FL, it has been owned by a single lady since then and she has kept good care of it. Membrane roof (lifetime warranty), last 7 years: HVAC, windows, water heater, electrical panel. It's on a 1/4 acre, fully fenced front yard + separately fully fenced back yard. Above ground pool with a pump and a built on deck (I have a 10 year old who will get much use out of this.) Two storage sheds and a carport. In a nice spread out, quiet area of town where houses/trailers don't go up for sale often. $140k. My loved ones are just worried that the trailer will have no value down the line, just hoping to get some outside opinions.
