Any place to have a meal/coffee that isn’t too busy?

Someone and I wanna have a chat over a meal/coffee that involves some personal topics. We both agreed to find an indoor place since this heat is melting everyone and their mothers. It does have to be on a Friday since we’re busy with work otherwise. Any suggestions on some spots that aren’t too active?

The only spot I’ve thought about so far is at the Carpe Diem on Old Shell. The issue is I’ve actually never been there myself, only recommended. And idk if they’re busier on Fridays, so maybe we’d have to go at a certain time of day.

I was clearing out my screenshots and clips and found this gem.

Yes Madam President. I will thoroughly inspect your items.

This is mildly infuriating.

For anyone that doesn't know, you can only get that trophy via a specific "charging wheelie" attack from Inferno Rider. The issue? Not a single version of Inferno Riders in the game, including the one in the recent return of Depths of the Illusive Realm, does that attack.

Well, there actually is one that does it. It's the version in the "We Promise, We Deliver" exploration quest. But of course no sane person would know that this trophy is not only very specific, but also only accessible via that quest all the way back in early Jinzhou. You could also do it back when Depths was running during 1.x patches, but that's about it.

I was reading thru recent patch notes when I saw that bit in the pic. It most certainly annoyed me that they were aware of another bug regarding that quest, but not also about how this trophy is practically locked to that quest lmfao. They're not directly related of course, but like I said, mildly infuriating.

I've put it in the feedback survey for 2-3 versions now. I suggested that they can just change the trophy to just be "Getting knocked out by Inferno Rider" rather than that specific attack. Kinda sucks that Inferno Rider recently appeared in both the Dimmr Plains and Depths, but I can assure you all that I stood there baiting him out for 15+ minutes at Dimmr and 5 runs in the Lvl 90 Depths, and nothing. Oh well, can only hope that they address the issue at some point.

Managed to get nearly 25k in Matrix with Hiyuki S3R1!!!

I've been banging my head learning and perfecting this team with quickswaps. Honestly Hiyuki is an amazing and fun unit to play. Using her in Matrix also adds a layer of complexity to her Forte form, since you need to adapt on the fly if you're looking to do 4-5 Iai's per rotation. Some combos like "TB + BA3 + Heavy + BA23", or "Skill + mid-air Iai x2 (while 2nd skill cooldown) + Skill" are super satisfying to pull off when you recognize the timings, opportune moments, and how much Forte you have to reach Iai thresholds.

I definitely could've gotten 25k+ but there are 3 main parts where I messed up:

  • At the end of Scar by not jumping before using skill, so I ended up in the air. Could've used that time to build another Iai.
  • Hiyuki's 1st form at the Mimic. I'm unsure why but every time I do the quickswap to prep her 2nd forte bar at the Mimic, the attack doesn't land and I have to waste time building it. Maybe it's just the nerves and I'm doing it too quickly.
  • At the end, I could've gotten an extra attack in for another Iai since it was very close. I opted not to just so I could finalize a good run since the remaining time was super tight. If I didn't have the Mimic issue, this would've been golden.

Unfortunately this run will have to be reset since it was simply to really test my skills and adaptability using this quickswap team to fight multiple bosses. Gotta save the strong teams for later bosses and do the challenges. It was super fun and I hope more characters can be this awesome to use. (Damn it Kuro buff/revamp 1.x units so you can rerun Changli bc I'm addicted to QS now)

My team is Hiyuki S3R1, Lynae S0R1, and Chisa S2R1. I'll post the build in comments.

Got my last 1-cost today (the Shadow Stepper) out of nowhere. It was the only one with Hiyuki's set after clearing all 8 nests, 240 waveplates, and merging echoes. The 1-cost echoes for Lahai-Roi is pretty rough now, not too different from early 1.x farming with echo routes.

The rolls aren't the greatest, but hopefully this should be enough. Will be testing some rotations since I'm unsure if 116.8% ER is enough, although I've heard about some 4-5 Iai rotations that might ease the ER needs. The 99.8% CR is certainly a bit painful lmao, one non-crit of out of 500 hits, but of course if it ain't 100% then it's 50/50.

I spent around 1500 tuners and 50 modifiers. The Glacio DMG 3-cost was literally the first echo I ever rolled for Hiyuki, but the next 3-cost alone took like 700 tuners. If I need more ER, I'll prob change out that ATK 3-cost. This queen does so much damage holy. Just 100%-ed Dimmr Plains and she was practically solo-ing everything with her Iai slashes.
