How do you survive and enjoy the newborn stage? I feel like I’m about to pass out in the middle of the night when I have to change the diaper and feed my baby

My baby is almost a month old and has an ongoing cycle of waking up every 2-3 hours to be fed and have her diaper changed. During the daytime, after feeding her, sometimes she’s up for about 1-3 hours being fuss. This leaves me with no time to pump, do chores, or even catch up on sleep.

During the night time, my baby will sleep in 2-3 hour stretches, but when she wakes up I feel like I’m going to pass out from sleep deprivation and even accidentally drop her when I carry her to and from her bassinet & changing table….

My iron levels were checked - not anemic/iron deficient.

I‘m staying well-hydrated and eating when I can (usually breakfast and dinner only bc baby is fussy in between).

I am just SO TIRED and feel like I need to sleep for a week to be fully well-rested.

The only family near me that could watch our baby, works full-time… And my husband works full-time as well.

I don’t know how I’ll survive the newborn stage… I am just so exhausted every hour of the day and also burned out…

SOS…
