Question about new bottle that contains B12

Hi all quick question for those who might have been through this. My previous provider did not have B12 in their formula only straight compounded Semaglutide. I have recently switched providers and will be starting a new bottle today that does include B12. It looks to be 2mg/ml. I typically took my shot around 8:30 at night. Will the B12 in this make any difference? Should I do a morning or mid afternoon dose now instead?

Had a diagnostic mammogram with ultrasound Tuesday morning. I went to a satellite location of the main hospital in my area so the radiologist is not on site. They did send all imaging to him however and I had to wait in US room. The sonographer came in and let me know only findings were a hematoma which was the lump I had found, and an enlarged milk duct which I had no clue about but no biopsy needed, and sent me on my way. I did have a significant hit to my breast back in August which makes sense for the hematoma but I’m going to assume it is fat necrosis along with hematoma being the time frame. I still have not received my actual report on my portal and the referral doctor was just that, a referral. I’ve never seen this doctor in my life other than the appointment to get the referral for the mammogram. She actually messed up the referral and put it in as just a screening mammogram and didn’t note her findings and left for vacation so we had to get another Dr in the clinic to change to diagnostic. I had to tell the mammographer the areas of concern myself. My regular gyno of 18 yrs retired in December. I just don’t know if I am going to need to do a 6 mo recheck or could the results still change and they say oh we decided you do need a biopsy. I felt relief when they told me initially the findings but now I’m just concerned again.
