I’m wondering what it’s like at other shops during the night shift, at my shop there’s a group of colleagues who just shout and swear at managers and they will shout and swear back or they are flirting or messing around is this like this at every shop or are there normal night shifts out there? I’m quite new so not sure if this is normal or not I’ve never worked somewhere where it’s like this
