This is getting rough

Had my 3yr brain MRI Yesterday l, they found I have decreased size in my left hippocampus from mesial temporal sclerosis. On top of that they’re now finding that I have VBS with compression of my of my brainstem. I thought the Left temporal lobe epilepsy was enough. Just keep swimming guys!!!

Right temporal lobe epilspesy and eating and hunger issues.

I’ve had right temporal lobe epilepsy for 6 years now, it’s progressively getting worse and I’m medication resistant. I’ve lost over 100lbs in the last year and a half. I just don’t have the urge to eat and food that I used to love just doesn’t interest me anymore. I’m at the point where I’m just struggling and it’s affecting my mental health and it’s giving me sever anxiety and mood swings. I’m on 4000ms of keppra and 400mgs of lacosamide after max oxcarbazapine didn’t work. I’m just stuck….
